Dutch Blu-ray + DVD metalpak
Fortunatlely, this is easily available from French amazon. There are no English subs on Blu-ray, but there is English audio and it is ABC.
Update: now it has become a kind of gamble to get this from Amazon France, and it's very likely that they send regular amaray.
